Eligibility: Any adult resident may join PPERRIA. Membership is also open to one representative from each non-profit organization, business or government entity within the geographic boundaries of the Prospect Park East River Road (PPERR) Neighborhood of Minneapolis (SE Oak Street to the SE Emerald Ave St. Paul city limits).

Cost: Annual donations pay PPERRIA operational costs. Please contribute according to your means and according to the value that PPERRIA provides to the neighborhood. Typically 80% of the donations are between $35 and $50 per household. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. A single donation applies to the memberships of all eligible persons living at the same street address.

Duration: Persons shall become members from the first PPERRIA meeting following the submission of the completed application and the payment of the annual donation to the PPERRIA Executive Committee. A membership submitted with this form is effective through the next annual meeting (4th Monday in April).
