The Southeast Angle is a monthly newspaper covering the Nicollet Island, Marcy Holmes, University, Como and Prospect Park neighborhoods of Minneapolis.

Originally published under the name Southeast – A Journal for a Minneapolis Community, the first issue in April, 1975 featured a picture of the Dinkytown railroad bridge collapse.

Issues beginning with the 25th anniversary April, 2002 issue were available online in 2003-2004 at: www.southeastangle.info, but this is no longer the case.

In 2005 Southeast Angle and the newspaper for the Seward neighborhood across the river (Seward Profile) were combined into one newspaper called The Bridge.

Lists of backissues for each decade of Southeast and Southeast Angle newspaper are available on this PPERR website:

These lists of issues were being compiled by Andy Mickel during 2003.

The Angle is owned by Southeast Publications, a non-profit corporation governed by an elected board of community members, and published under contract by Triangle Park Creative.
