As part of the NRP Process, our neighborhood group PPERRIA, Southeast Como Improvement Association and Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association have collaborated on studies on land use in the Southeast Industrial Area given its decling use as a grain-storage area and the railroad which service the elevators.
