Bridal Veil Falls Area

The Bridal Veil Falls area encompasses homes and businesses which lie to the west of SE 27th Ave and north of E. River Parkway up to I-94. The name comes from the waterfall which dumps into a short creek into the Mississippi River which can be seen from the walking and biking paths along River Gorge Park just under the Franklin Avenue bridge.

The source for the waterfall is a largely underground creek whose source is in the SE Industrial Area. A street named Bridal Veil Circle intersects SE Kasota Ave just west of State Highway 280, and is adjacent to the creek when it is above ground.
